They have no fee luxury apartments all over Manhattan. You can walk in to their buildings without a broker and get yourself a nice place. Most of their buildings have a doorman and other nice extra touches...

i live at one of their bldgs in riverdale. the sell was great but the management is terrible and so is maintenance of their buildings in riverdale. play ground and play room have not been updated in 20+ years. doorman sit in the office all day . lobby is always filled with laundry and deliveries. many lower and upeer floor apartments have bugs.
